Raw Video: Locomotive Dangles Off Bridge

A train apparently failed to stop for an open bridge in Virginia, sending its locomotive partially over the edge. It is dangling over the Intracoastal Waterway. Diesel fuel spilled into the water, with crews trying to contain the fuel.
