Venezuela, South America's top oil exporter, is suffering from a growing energy crisis that has forced the government into taking drastic measures to conserve electricity.

The country is investing about $6bn this year to boost power output and reduce dependence on hydroelectric plants, after a drought caused blackouts.
Venezuela are going to invest $700m in power plant
